 Originally from Ohio, Brenda moved to Illinois with her parents right before her first year of high school. She has raised six children in the Chicago area and is now a proud rescue mom of a 150 lb. Great Dane, Mercy. Brenda made a career of teaching in many aspects of her life, including but not limited to: raising 6 children, homeschooling her youngest, Illinois Tax Preparer, American Red Cross Instructor, PADI and NAUI Scuba/Snorkeling courses for more than 26 years in the local area. She specializes in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing her listings. Brenda thrives on education and learning how to better serve her clients. She has obtained her certification to assist veterans, offers assistance in her free Credit Repair Clinics, Buyer Boot Camps and Seller Workshops. She excels in being responsive and highly recommended representative of home buyers, seller, renters and landlords in the residential and commercial real estate market. Brenda prides herself that her clients often describe her as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. She loves a challenge and never backs down when confronted with hurdles and unforeseen issues. Evidence of this was proven last March with the COVID-19 Pandemic. She and 3 of her daughters used their time to make over 450 masks. At the same time, she started a free training program for local realtors through zoom, meeting every morning for 122 days! She received a promotion at Redco Realty in July to Director of Career Development and is working towards her goal of becoming a managing broker next year. She enjoys spending free time volunteering for Franklin Park American Legion, Walter and Connie Payton Foundation for homeless veterans, providing assistance searching for low-income housing, teaching courses for American Red Cross, tending to her garden, along with renovating and decorating homes. She is currently learning Spanish and Polish and her future goal is to learn to play harp, banjo and sing with her church.
